The Cajun Fan Box Break Thread
I like the idea of all my breaks being in one place. I have already broken a dozen or boxes in the last month or so and I am currently breaking two cases I got for my birthday. I am away on work right now so I am without a scanner so I will take crappy photos and post them up here untill I am home.
I'll start off with something i may have already posted on here, but my two boxes of Vampire Diaries. Not the biggest fan of the show but the lady loves it and she loves to open packs. With SO much good stuff out now and coming soon, I decided to do a little Darwin type "only the strongest pulls will survive" kind of deal. In my two boxes, if I dont pull one of the big three autos, I will sell it all off and move on. I will also be doing this with Big Bang when I get it. Too much good stuff to be spread thin and hoping for good pulls.
Box 1
Auto: A15 Kelly Hu (Not bad, I am a HUGE X-Men fan and was dissapointed she didnt sign for the X2 set)
Costume: M18 - Alaric
Box 2
Auto: A1 Nina Dobrev (Dammit, now we're collecting this one)
Costume: M13 - Damon

Here are two boxes of Marvel Beginnings. I really do dig this set. I think its awesome to actually care about base sets again but the lack of guaranteed hits makes it hard to swallow.
Box 1
Just a Dan Gorman Sketch. I think its Mr. Sinister but its missing the forehead ruby thing.
Box 2
An unknown artist sketch of Boomerang. A great looking card of a crappy character.
Plus a Shocker Printing plate. I do love me some printing plates for some reason.

Next up....
3 boxes of Avengers Assemble! One of my favorite sets to date, a whole lot of fun to open.
Didn't pull any Autos but it was still a fun open. All of the sketches will be for trade when I get home back to the states. I am looking to only collect Avengers that are in the movie. I still have a case waiting at home for me, so there will be plenty more of this soon.

I'll post the rest of my boxes tonight but I did pull three total of this card and not one F2, the other Portman Relic. So I will have one available when I get home next month. |
