Anyone Interested: Treasure Chest of Art Group Buy

I've done 3 of these on NSU's forum and it's turned out to be a fun way to support a great charity. For those not familiar with the Treasure Chests, I'll explain...

The Chicagoland Entertainment Collector's Expo put together an item called the Treasure Chest of Art. Each chest contains 50 sketch cards by various artists. The chests sell for $395.00 and the net revenue goes to the Pediatric Oncology Treasure Chest Foundation which provides gifts to kids that are cancer patients in over 30 hospitals around the US.

What I do is I get the chest. Shuffle the sketches really well, each chest I've had so far has all the Star Wars sketches at the top of the stack, and number them from 1 to 50. IF there are any puzzle sketches that span multiple cards, those must go as a group.

Then I put it out for reservations at $10.00 per sketch. This covers the sketch and worldwide shipping. Payment can be made by PayPal or money order. This way you can help out a great cause and not have to pony up $400 to do it.

This would be available to registered NSCF users only, so there's no concern about where all the sketches are going.

So, some feedback. Would enough people be interested in getting 1 to 3 sketches out of a Chest? I'd be happy to coordinate it, and it's always fun when people post what they got. There are some fantastic sketches in these chests, and some that are just average. But it all goes to a great cause.

We'd definitely be interested in joining in on this. Were trying to get into collecting sketch cards, and supporting a good cause wouldn't hurt.

Alan, that makes 2 of us... We only need about a dozen more.

It's been great fun in the past and a chance at some really nice sketches for a measly $10 each. And I'm a big supporter of the Treasure Chest Foundation.

Hopefully we get a few more interested.
